Perla

Perla was imported in January of 2022 after she was covered in Iceland but Honor Prize stallion Lord frá Vatnsleysu. She adapted to life here in the US very easily and has been calm and friendly as soon as she walked out of the trailer that bitter cold night.
She gave birth to an elegant,  silvery black filly in May of 2022 and she enjoyed the summer and fall at pasture before weaning. Then she went to my friend Valory's facility for 60 days of beginning saddle training. She did very well, was very quiet under saddle and it well on her way to learning the basics of being a riding horse. For now, she is back with me and I will continue her training with help from several trainers I work with here.
